Propt will be newsy, free from the influence of private equity and the consternation of the big names in the space. If someone says something that matters and I hear about it and can verify it, I’ll share it with you.
Propt will have reviews of proptech companies, stories about the people behind them, and general updates on partnerships, cool new features, and of course opinion. I’ll write about AI but not with it.
As they say in the tech space: welcome to the beta version. For the next few weeks, expect lukewarm takes and random acts of haphazard journalism.
I plan on skidding the tires a bit, but I’ll do my best to keep it between the ditches. No guarantees.
